Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Sales Executive to become a key member of our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new leads, qualifying inbound inquiries, and building a pipeline for our GPU hardware and HPC solutions. You will collaborate closely with our VP of Sales and Marketing Lead to drive engagement, schedule calls, and ensure a smooth transition from initial outreach to a qualified sales opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Prospecting & Outreach
    • Investigate and identify AI/ML startups, mid-market enterprises, and research institutions that could benefit from Arc’s GPU and HPC solutions.
    • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
  • Lead Qualification
    • Evaluate incoming leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events to ascertain their fit and readiness.
    • Employ established qualification criteria, such as budget, timeline, need, and authority, to transition leads from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
    • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to arrange discovery calls and technical consultations.
    • Share insights with the Marketing team regarding lead quality, common objections, and prevalent topics in prospect discussions
  • CRM Management
    • Keep precise records in HubSpot, making sure each lead and opportunity is thoroughly documented with current contact information and engagement details.
    • Monitor outreach activities, track pipeline progress, and key metrics, and regularly report these to leadership.
  • Nurture & Follow-up
    • Develop and execute follow-up sequences via email or phone to remain top-of-mind with prospects in the early stages of the buying cycle.
    • Work in tandem with the Marketing team to provide relevant content (such as case studies and whitepapers) that helps advance leads through the pipeline.
  • Stay Informed on HPC & GPU Trends
    • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of AI/ML and HPC workflows, as well as the advantages of GPU acceleration across different industries.
    • Remain informed about competitive products and market trends to efficiently address questions from prospects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education & Experience
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 1 – 3 years of experience in B2B sales or in a BDR/SDR role within a technology or SaaS environment; previous experience in enterprise IT or hardware sales is a beneficial asset.
  • Technical Aptitude
    • Capacity to swiftly understand GPU and HPC concepts; prior knowledge of AI/ML or data center infrastructure is highly beneficial.
  • Communication Skills
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to comfortably present technical information to a diverse range of stakeholders, including CTOs and Data Scientists.
    • Strong aptitude for listening, probing, and understanding customer pain points before proposing solutions.
  • Organization & Detail-Orientation
    • Proficient in utilizing CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
    • Capable of handling multiple outreach sequences at once, with the ability to prioritize based on the potential of each lead.
  • Self-Motivated & Collaborative
    • Motivated to achieve and surpass KPIs, such as daily call targets and SQL conversions.
    • Collaborative team player who welcomes ongoing coaching and is eager to enhance sales skills.
