Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will support the sales process by researching potential leads, assisting with outreach, qualifying prospects, and maintaining CRM records. You will work closely with the Senior Sales Executive, VP of Sales, and Marketing Lead to help drive engagement and ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Initial Outreach
    • Research and identify potential clients, including AI/ML startups, mid-market enterprises, and research institutions that could benefit from Arc’s solutions.
    • Assist with initial outreach to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Lead Qualification Support
    • Help evaluate incoming leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries to determine fit and readiness.
    • Support the transition of leads from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) by gathering basic qualification information.
  • Collaboration & Team Support
    • Work closely with the Senior Sales Executive and VP of Sales to schedule discovery calls and technical consultations.
    • Share insights and feedback from initial prospect interactions with the sales and marketing teams.
  • CRM Management
    • Update and maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in HubSpot.
    • Ensure all lead and opportunity information is current and complete.
  • Follow-Up & Nurturing
    • Assist in executing follow-up sequences to keep Arc top-of-mind with early-stage prospects.
    • Help coordinate meetings, demos, and other activities to move leads through the pipeline.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in technology sales, preferably with some exposure to B2B or technical products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
