The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Sales Executive GPU Infrastructure.

This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role focused on driving multi-million-dollar GPU infrastructure deployments across North America.

You will work directly with AI-native companies, venture-backed firms, enterprise infrastructure teams, and data center operators who are scaling compute capacity and optimizing cost structures.

What You’ll Do
Drive New Infrastructure Business

  • Sell turnkey GPU clusters, servers, storage, networking, and full AI infrastructure environments.
  • Target data centers, enterprises, institutions, and Series A–E companies scaling beyond cloud.
  • Own full-cycle sales: prospecting, qualification, technical scoping, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Lead large-scale infrastructure deals ($2M–$10M+).
  • Act as a hunter for net-new, large-scale AI infrastructure opportunities with enterprise, institutional, and data center buyers.

Cloud Repatriation & Scale-Out Strategy

  • Position Arc as a solution for reducing AWS/cloud GPU spend.
  • Build ROI cases around total cost of ownership and performance density.
  • Engage CTOs, infrastructure leaders, and finance teams on long-term infrastructure strategy.

Technical Solution Selling

  • Translate AI/ML, training, inference, rendering, or HPC workloads into production-ready cluster designs.
  • Work directly with engineering to scope and validate infrastructure architecture.
  • Present performance benchmarks, deployment models, and scalability roadmaps.

Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Be confident generating your own pipeline in the first 90 days, building a full-year pipeline.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot.
  • Drive predictable revenue through structured forecasting.
  • Meet and exceed defined quarterly and annual revenue thresholds.

What You Bring
Must Have

  • 10–15 years in B2B hardware or infrastructure sales (servers, GPUs, data center, HPC).
  • 5+ years of deep GPU experience (NVIDIA, AMD, AI/ML infrastructure).
  • Demonstrated success closing $2M–$10M+ infrastructure deals.
  • Experience selling into enterprises, data centers, or high-growth tech companies.
  • Proven ability to generate and close complex infrastructure opportunities.
  • Existing relationships within the GPU and AI infrastructure ecosystem (OEM server vendors like DELL/Supermicro/Aivres, channel partners, financial/lease providers).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud repatriation conversations (AWS, GCP, Azure cost reduction).
  • Background selling into AI-native or venture-backed companies.
  • Technical fluency in power, cooling, rack density, networking, and cluster architecture.
  • Experience working with equity investors, private credit, or financing groups structuring capex and opex models for large infrastructure projects.
  • Track record selling into AI-native startups and venture-backed companies (Seed to Series E) scaling GPU infrastructure beyond cloud.
  • Exposure to GPU-intensive workloads such as rendering, VFX, animation, or real-time content production is a plus.

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus structured commission tied to revenue and gross profit.

Commission scales based on defined performance tiers with accelerators triggered at quarterly and annual thresholds. Compensation increases with performance against defined revenue milestones.
