We’re working with a growing PropTech company focused on helping property owners and managers reduce water usage, prevent costly damage, and improve operational efficiency through smart metering and leak detection technology.

The business is expanding outbound efforts and looking to build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.

 

The Role

We’re looking for an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to support and execute outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn.

This is an execution-focused role — you’ll be given:

  • Targeting direction
  • Messaging frameworks
  • Tools

 

Your focus is simple:
generate qualified meetings for the sales team.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build targeted prospect lists (property managers, HOAs, real estate operators)
  • Run cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
  • Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team
  • Track activity and results in CRM/tools
  • Test messaging and iterate to improve performance

 

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent outbound activity
  • Qualified meetings booked (not just replies)
  • Ability to improve messaging and results over time

 

Ideal Background

  • Experience in outbound lead generation / SDR / BDR roles
  • Proven ability to generate meetings via cold outreach
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Self-directed and comfortable working remotely
  • Bonus: PropTech, real estate, SaaS, or B2B experience
