For mandates in Quebec, we need bilingual support to ensure candidates are properly evaluated in both French and English, particularly for customer-facing and professional roles.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced bilingual interviewer (French/English) to join our team on a part-time, on-demand basis. You will conduct structured interviews with candidates, assess language fluency and communication, and evaluate their professional skills. Your feedback will help ensure we deliver high-quality candidates to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual/phone interviews with candidates in French and English.
- Evaluate language fluency, professionalism, and cultural fit for Quebec-based roles.
- Assess candidate competencies for customer service, customer success, sales, legal, and technical roles.
- Provide structured interview notes and recommendations to Hardboot’s recruiters.
- Be available flexibly on an on-demand basis when bilingual roles arise.
Qualifications
- Fluent/native in French and English (spoken and written).
- Based in Canada (Quebec preferred) with strong understanding of local communication norms.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or conducting professional interviews.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide objective, written candidate evaluations.
- Comfortable working flexibly on contract terms.

- On-Demand Contract: Work only when bilingual interviews are required.
