The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging high-potential customers across AI, defense, and GPU infrastructure markets. Your efforts will fuel Arc Compute’s growth by generating qualified pipeline and booking meetings for our sales team, while positioning Arc Compute as a trusted partner for hardware-first solutions with future software optimization opportunities.
What You’ll Do
– Generate and qualify outbound leads in key verticals: AI, defense, energy, and infrastructure.
– Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Seamless, Crunchbase, and other tools.
– Craft and personalize cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
– Book discovery and qualification calls for the sales team.
– Maintain accurate lead and activity records in HubSpot CRM.
– Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and target high-potential accounts.
– Continuously test outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
What You’ll Need
– 1–3 years experience in BDR, SDR, or lead generation (hardware, SaaS, or tech preferred). – Excellent written and verbal English: clear, persuasive, and professional.
– Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo preferred.
– Self-starter who thrives in remote work, manages time effectively, and meets KPIs.
– Knowledge of GPU infrastructure, cloud computing, or high-performance computing is a plus.
Success Metrics & Growth Path
Your success will be measured by:
– Number of qualified meetings booked per week/month
– Pipeline contribution to hardware and eventual software opportunities – Consistent CRM accuracy and follow-through on outbound campaigns
This role offers the potential to grow into an Account Executive or Sales Engineer role as you develop product knowledge and sales experience.
