Overview
We are seeking a Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to drive Arc Compute’s digital presence and thought leadership. You will create compelling content that demystifies GPU infrastructure, AI/HPC optimization, and our unique hardware solutions. Your work will engage both technical and business audiences across social channels and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute a content strategy focused on GPU hardware infrastructure, AI, and HPC topics relevant to Arc Compute’s solutions and industry leadership.
– Create engaging, technically accurate written, graphic, and video content (blog posts, email campaigns, infographics, explainers, testimonials, case studies, social media posts) that highlights the benefits of Arc Compute’s hardware offerings (e.g., GPU server selection, data center builds, hardware deployment, performance optimization).
– Plan and manage a content calendar for Arc Compute’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.), aligning with product launches, industry trends, and company milestones.
– Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex hardware concepts (e.g., GPU scaling, hardware procurement, energy-efficient infrastructure) into accessible, audience-friendly content.
– Monitor and analyze content and social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and maximize reach.
Qualifications
– 2-3 years of experience in content creation, technical writing, or creative design, preferably in technology, AI, HPC, or hardware infrastructure.
– Strong understanding of GPU technology, AI/HPC hardware, or data center infrastructure is a significant asset.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical topics to diverse audiences.
– Experience managing social media channels and developing digital content strategies.
– Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Webflow) and basic video editing.
– Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
