Mental Health Therapist

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and high-quality psychotherapy services and managing a caseload of therapy clients, aligned with your licensure and competencies. Mental Health Therapists are expected to create and implement effective treatment methodologies tailored to each individual client. Candidates should possess a passion for delivering high-quality care, have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage their time efficiently, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

This position is based at the Ne-Ia – Shing clinic in Onamia, MN, with a schedule of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing mental health diagnostic assessments.
• Develop comprehensive and objective treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing, compassionate therapy for your caseload.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with clients’ care teams, both internal and external, to ensure coordinated care.
• Submit accurate and timely billing for services provided.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Mental Health Professional or currently pursuing licensure as a Clinical Trainee requiring supervision by a licensed professional. Clinical supervision is available for those who need it.
