Joining this team means contributing to technology that impacts travelers around the world while working in a culture grounded in professionalism, innovation, and customer-first execution.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to become the first in-house Salesforce hire and a foundational member of the technical team. You will take ownership of Salesforce development, integrations, and architecture as the company transitions from using an external integration partner to building a fully internal team.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role in Montreal with significant autonomy. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership to design scalable systems, integrate Salesforce with the company’s Azure-based microservices, and build intelligent automation that supports a low-touch, human-in-the-loop operational model powered by Agentforce and AI.

If you want to shape a rapidly growing platform and build the Salesforce function from the ground up, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Architecture
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and core platform tools.
• Establish internal Salesforce development standards, workflows, and architectural best practices.

Azure Integration
• Integrate Salesforce with the company’s existing Azure-based architecture, microservices, and Azure SQL databases.
• Build and maintain secure, reliable data pipelines and API integrations.

Intelligent Automation & AI
• Develop automation workflows using Salesforce Flows, Agentforce, and Einstein platforms.
• Support AI-driven processes (e.g., automated form filling, regulatory assessment logic, customer service automation).
• Contribute to the broader move toward low-touch, human-in-the-loop automation across the business.

Collaboration & Delivery
• Work with internal stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Partner with the application development team and external integration partners during transition.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain integrations in a fast-moving startup environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows).
• Direct experience integrating Salesforce with Azure architecture — including Azure SQL, microservices, and Azure-based APIs (non-negotiable).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and integration patterns.
• Experience developing intelligent automation or AI-enabled workflows (Agentforce, Einstein, Azure OpenAI).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II or Integration Architect certifications are strong assets.
• Experience working in a startup or scaleup environment, with a bias toward action and a high degree of autonomy.

Nice to Have
• Background in insurance, travel, claims, or regulatory workflows.
• Experience transitioning an organization from external Salesforce integrators to an internal dev team.
• Exposure to large-volume workflow automation or human-in-the-loop operational models.
