As demand for GPU compute continues to explode, we’re expanding our Toronto sales team with a senior, hardware-focused seller who knows the server world inside out.
The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Executive with deep experience selling servers, GPU systems, and data-center hardware. This is not a junior AE role, we want someone with a book of reseller relationships, someone who has been inside the VAR channel for years and knows exactly which account executives are the killers.
You’ll own major accounts, drive new reseller partnerships, and help Arc become the preferred GPU supplier for VARs hungry for fresh product and better margins.
This is a high-impact role with direct access to leadership and massive greenfield opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Channel / Reseller Focus
Identify, target, and recruit top-performing reseller & VAR account executives from across North America.
Build and grow relationships inside VAR networks (CDW, Softchoice, Scalar, Insight, SHI, etc.).
Bring your book of business and accelerate net-new growth through channel partnerships.
Drive New Hardware Business
Sell GPU servers, storage, networking, and full-stack compute solutions.
Manage full-cycle sales: prospecting, qualification, scoping, proposals, negotiation, and close.
Own strategic accounts and large-volume hardware deals with AI/ML startups, HPC teams, and enterprise buyers.
Technical Solution Selling
Translate customer workloads into the right GPU/server configuration.
Collaborate directly with engineering to design and validate solutions.
Present ROI, performance benchmarks, TCO, and deployment options to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Pipeline & Forecasting
Maintain clean, accurate data in HubSpot.
Drive predictable revenue through disciplined forecasting and territory planning.
What You Bring
Must Have
10-15 years in B2B hardware sales, servers, GPUs, compute, network, or data-center infrastructure.
5+ years of deep GPU experience (NVIDIA, AMD, AI/ML workload hardware).
Demonstrated success closing large hardware deals ($500K–$5M+).
A strong network in the reseller/channel ecosystem, you know the top sellers and how to win their trust.
Hunter mentality with a track record of building new business from scratch.
Nice to Have
Experience selling to AI/ML, HPC, research, or enterprise compute-intensive industries.
Technical fluency: specs, architectures, thermals, power, performance benchmarks.
Previous roles inside or selling into VARs a major advantage.
