Position Overview

This is not a typical VA role.
This is a full-time Social Media & Personal Brand Assistant role focused almost entirely on LinkedIn; content creation, community engagement, DMs, analytics, and brand consistency.

Your top responsibility is helping maintain and amplify Yauhan’s online voice, ensuring every interaction feels human, thoughtful, and aligned with his tone.

Instagram and TikTok will gradually be introduced, but LinkedIn will remain the core platform.

This role is ideal for someone who loves writing, understands social media dynamics, and thrives behind the scenes helping a creator grow.

Key Responsibilities

  1. LinkedIn Content & Posting
  • Draft, refine, and schedule LinkedIn posts in Yauhan’s authentic voice
  • Repurpose his ideas, notes, and voice memos into scroll-stopping posts
  • Maintain a content calendar and weekly posting rhythm
  • Track post performance and suggest improvements
  1. Community Engagement

Manage comments with high emotional intelligence and warmth

  • Handle DMs with professionalism and brand alignment
  • Engage with relevant creators and communities daily
  • Maintain “human touch” followers should not feel a new person appeared suddenly
  1. Multi-Platform Repurposing (Secondary)
  • Turn LinkedIn content into Instagram posts, carousels, or TikToks
  • Light Canva/CapCut editing
  • Support future podcast or newsletter expansion
  1. Organizational Support
  • Keep content, ideas, and analytics organized
  • Maintain clear workflows and communication

What Success Looks Like

Within 2–3 months, you will be able to:

  • Write posts indistinguishable from Yauhan’s
  • Manage LinkedIn comments and DMs seamlessly
  • Help him save hours daily while increasing his visibility
  • Maintain warmth, empathy, and clarity in every interaction
  • Identify simple growth opportunities across platforms
  • Build systems that reduce overwhelm and increase consistency

Requirements

  • Excellent written English (clear, warm, concise, human)
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn content and growth mechanics
  • High emotional intelligence, you read tone and respond thoughtfully
  • Ability to deeply learn someone’s voice and maintain authenticity
  • Proactive communicator who asks clarifying questions
  • Experience with social media tools (Canva, CapCut, scheduling tools)
  • Comfortable managing high-volume engagement (50–70+ DMs/comments/day)
  • Full-time availability
  • Must work EST hours
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity are essential
